Recent compression check. Rebuild it now or later?

I did another compression check yesterday. I did one when I first bought the car and it was near perfect. Now it has.....gone down alot.

125,130,120,130 is what I got. I did not feel like doing my 6-bolt swap this early. But if it has to be done...then so be it.

Should I go ahead and quickly do the swap, or just wait a little and push my luck? I say 6-bolt

You should really do yourself a favor and have a leak down test performed.

"if it ain't broke, don't fix it".. unless you want to do the 6 bolt build for fun or have extra cash to burn right now..

but IMO that's hard to do with Christmas right around the corner

Agreed. Unless you are looking for an excuse to do the project, and unless it's really giving you trouble, I would just drive it and get prepared for your project right now. And by the time it needs repaired/replaced you should have all your parts and pieces you need for the project you had planned anyway.

brandon, im alomost donewith my swap. i only have to bolt up a few things like exhaust and stuff. i wouldnt do it until you have all the parts together. and also i have a leak down tester if you need to borrow it.

What condition was your battery in when you did the test? A weak battery can have a very large impact on a compression test. Granted, more than 5psi between the cylinders doesn't look good, but start with the simple things first.
