rear o2 sensor

i need help with wiring it up, i searched but didnt find anything but to eliminate it.
i go to work in two hours so really need yalls help.
factory wirring is blue, white, black, and black.
bosch is white, white, gray, and black. what goes to what

First off the sensor comes with directions. Second you could have had the answer in seconds with 2 clicks of the mouse in the search feature.
