Well im having extreme problems with my car. I wont run at all. I just spudders when you give it more then1\4 throttle. I have a CEL for the rear o2 sensor. I was told that the rear one was more of a varification of the main one. Is that true and that would mean that this wouldnt be the cause of the spuddering?

The rear 02 sensor confirms the first is working. It looks for lower ratings. That wont cause a horrible studdering problem. I have read about people having trouble wiht clogged catalyic converters < thats just one more thing to check.

Did you fix the boost leak?

Actually the rear O2 sensor checks that the catalytic converter is working, not the front O2 sensor. Its for emissions.

Thats what I meant. It has to read a lower than the first. Also why I suggested clogged cat. ;)

The cats removed..I found out today that my car only studders when its warmed up. I let it sit all night and started up and took it for a spin and got on it and no problems. I know that wasnt a good idea but it didnt bog or studder but as soon as it started to warm up it started doing it.

No it won't, it has absolutely zero effect on performance.

The CEL for a rear O2 indicates 1 of 2 things. The sensor is broken, or your cat is clogged/dead. I'm going to go with everyone else and say its the cat. A clogged cat can have HUGE effects on engine performance, yes even to the point that it won't run at all.

^^^he said in a previous post that the cat is gone.

Start with the simple things...boost leak check, plugs, wires, fuel filter, compression check...etc. Check these things, verify that they are working correctly or in spec. Also, get yourself a Haynes or Chiltons, they have troubleshooting sections that may prove helpful or at least let you narrow he problem down or eliminate other things.
