I've got a set of koni's with eibach prokits with I think a 1.5" drop on my 93 AWD. I was told when I bought them (used) that they would work fine for an AWD, and had no problems putting em in, but now the drop in the back is about .5-1" lower than front and the camber on my rear wheels is noticably off. I don't have any wheel rub and it seems to perform ok, but my car is extremely squirly on snow now, hah.

Is it normal for this to happen? Did I accidentally buy a kit with springs for a fwd, considering awd the rear would be heavier than fwd? If I did, would the shocks be the same between awd and fwd so I could just swap the springs?

Well mostly it depends on the springs and struts you use. Now for my 96 GST I run Pro Kits and KYB AGX the rear is noticeably lower than the front and yes when you lower a car your going to change camber and toe. Get that thing ALIGNED, if you need to bring it up to Sears in Cedar Rapids. Thats where I work and we can figure out what your gonna need.

But now my fiancee's 98 GSX I run KYB Gr-2's and H&R springs that dropped 1"
The front sits down pretty low and the rear is up in the air just a lil. I love the way that looks for an AWD. Gives it an aggresive stance. I would say it sounds right, pro kits usually end up with the rear being pretty low. If you need any help just send me a PM.
