2G rear half shaft

I'm about sick of this dsm.

I find the rear hub assemblies after about 2 weeks and now realize I need to change out the half shafts as well since they WILL NOT come out of the hub assemblies. The problem is. I cannot find rear half shafts for this vehicle anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find them. I need them asap. Been without a car for 3 weeks now.

Have you taken the assemblies to a machine shop and have them try to press them out? IIRC, Ohio uses a lot of salt on the roads in winter and they may be frozen with rust. If you haven't tried this already, spray everything with liquid wrench generously, wait, then try again. If it's still reluctant, tap and or beat on the shafts to try and loosen things up while alternately spraying with more liquid wrench. If you have to actually purchase new shafts, try the driveshaft shop. Not cheap but an upgrade to stock would be:

just found one mitsubishi graveyard. handles up to 750 whp. 317 bucks shipped to my house saturday wow.

5 ton press wouldnt even get it out.
