Rear clip for 1g talon

Anyone have any info on rear clips for 1gs. like where to get one, how much they are or how much work is involved. my talon is fwd and id like to convert it to awd.

I don't know how much it would be to buy a rear clip. But you probably could find a 1g shell for alot cheaper than buying a rear clip and having it fabbed up to your body.

idk about the awd conversion im just saying i wouldnt do that you would lose alot of top end with the awd conversion

so should i just stick with fwd then. i didnt think i would get as good a traction once i put a turbo on it and new cams and cam gears.

Top end? Who is going to run around at 140+ all the time?

I have a 90 shell for sale.

AWD is much better for snow wet weather and at the drag strip than fwd.

You will need much more than just the subframe to do an awd conversion on a 1g. It is a fairly involved swap. Here's some more info. RRE did it once back in the day and they said they would never do it again...
