Rear Axles

Hey everyone. I know this has probably been asked 1000 times but I REALLY need to find some rear axles for my 97 GSX. I have had the car sitting for months now because I cant find rear axles anywhere! Can someone please just point in the right direction! I dont need LSD axles or anything like that. Im really looking for the cheapest axles just so I can get them in the car and get it moving. I'll upgrade them later. Thanks in advance.

@struckanerve. I had the same problem a couple months ago with my rear passenger axle And ended up destroying the entire outer shaft. My solution was to order a used outer shaft from RTM Racing and rebuilding it my self. But be careful because the one that RTM sent to me had the threads messed up and had to machine it in order to make it work. Good luck!

Graveyard Motorsports and DSS are the only vendors we're aware of that sell 2g rear axles. Of course, there may be places that will rebuild existing axles.

Thanks guys, Yeah i just checked out that RTM Racing. But they are all out of stock. I will just keep hunting for a used axle or the outer shaft.

Just a note, the DSS axles aren't complete axles either (nor are Graveyard), you still need the stock inner cups with either of these setups.

He doesn't have them... I'm good friends with Brian I've been trying to get him to make them for awhile. Now his front race axles no problem

I run both Brian's front and rear axles. I haven't had any issues and I got them back in 2010.
