Everyone is telling me max safe boost with stock fuel is 15 to 16psi... Is that the boost that it stays at at higher rpms under WOT or is that the peak boost it hits at lower rpms? Right now im hitin about 15psi at WOT at lower rpms and about 12psi at higher rpms.

T25 will fall off at higher rpm for sure... most turbo's will fall off due to your RPMS not rapidly rising and keeping the turbo spinning. Close to redline, your turbo will run out of steam. T25 maxes at 17 lbs anyway.

Simple upgrades that will help you are:

metal intake pipe
bov
hard intercooler piping
exhaust

Those will help sustain higher boost levels.

16g internals? Are you saying you have a T25 with 16g guts? I hope not. Garrett does not mix well with MHI.

Either way, they refer to MAX as in the HIGHEST it will go. Not what it settles to.

Yes its a hybrid. Many other people have done it and I have had zero problems with it. Quick spool and more top end now.

Oh. Well I never heard of such a thing. If what you say is true, then you should be able to push more than 16 psi with it.

Are you feeding from the OFH or the head?

Its not the turbo hes wondering about. His limitations are due to his fuel system. And most recommend 14-15, 16 might be alittle to high. Also its your peak boost, doesnt matter what rpm it happens at.

^Thanks man. its a 14b with 16g internals. I call it a t25 maybe im technically wrong. The housing had to be bored to fit but you get quick spool with better top end.

I guess I have a abnormal scenario becuase at 15psi under WOT im running anywhere from 10 to 10.4 to 1 afr's. Im thinkin I can go higher? Im going to start running one gallon of 110 octane to the rest 93.

Yes i know thats not what it topic was about and im sorry!

and yes no problem! But yes i would stay within 16psi on the stock fuel system... if you plan on running more boost you should upgrade you fuel pump.
