Re-wiring air conditioner

I got my 95 GS-T with the a/c not working and after taking a look at it , it seems someone had messed with it pretty bad. I dont care about it working 100% I was wondering if there's a way to wire it so its either on full blast cold or off? any help would be great!

Wire a toggle switch directly to the compressor clutch with a 12V+ signal. Make sure and use an inline fuse holder.
