Interesting coincidence that this came up. I emailed ARP regarding this yesterday. Here is the response I got:

Romeen,

1) Should I use the ARP moly lube on the threads that go into the block
as well as the side that the nut goes onto or just the threads for the
nuts?

It's always good to put some type of lube on the block side, it doesn't
have to be moly.

2) Several engine builders have told me to retorque the nuts after a
heat cycle but the ARP instructions that came with my kit does not
mention this. Do you recommend this? If yes, should I first loosen them
a little before the retorque (this has been mentioned on the internet
forums)?

This is usually left up to the gasket manufacturer, cycling the torque
on the studs will slightly increase the clamping load but will level off
after 3-4 torques. The nuts must be backed off on at a time to do this.

Please call me if you have any further questions.

Thank you,
