Re-capping 1g VR4 ECU

Hi, I was looking at having my friend re-cap my ecu for me and was wondering if anyone has a list of caps I would need to order to do it? Digi-key part numbers would be much appreciated, I poked around but haven't been able to find an actual part list for them. I have a 92 VR4 if there is a difference between years.

Thanks, I had that link but it must of been the old one as it just gave a 404 error.

Unless you friend is a pro, Its not worth the 30 bucks your trying to save.
Have it done. I recomend ECMLink.
