RC 550 seal kit wrong size?

Hello everybody! I recently purchased this RC 550 injector seal kit online and it looks as though it came with an extra set of 4 seals. It gave me the cushion seal x4 which is the correct size and it also gave me too different sized O rings x4 that are a little bit smaller than the green orings that came on the 550's. Why would they send me an extra O ring for each injector and are these O rings (the larger of the two they sent me) safe to run even though they're a LITTLE bit smaller than the green ones that came on my RC's?

I would use the ones on the top. Make sure to put a little motor oil or petroleum jelly on the oring before you put it in the fuel rail. After the rail is bolted back down with the injectors plugged in turn the key on and off a few times and check for leaks before starting.
