Rare Dsm's

I suppose the Galant does have those. I don't think they ever did them in gold on one from the factory. Thank god. It's bad enough they were rolling out Lasers with them in gold... On the other hand, any other gold wheels I have seen on black TELs=awesome.

Yea I'm almost positive that all Lasers that came stock with those wheels were NA. I'm sure somebody got them stock with those wheels turbo, but as far as I'm concerned and from my experience they are all NA.

My first dsm was a 90 GS-Turbo(fwd) with no power window,locks, cruise or sunroof. I was told a few times it was decently rare. So many great memories with the car, too!
I also had 92 Talon AWD with the black leather, the car was black too

The Gold Package Lasers were the only ones that came with wings from the factory too.

I know the laser awd turbo is rare but what about 2g's?

I just found out (true story) 2 days ago my cars really a 94 even tho its a 95, built in april, number 2250.
Almost crapped my pants when i found that out considering im the 3rd owner and it was a Georgia car = no rust at all.

Mine (2g) was built in March of 94 I scratched my head at this too rather than shatting my pants

Not too uncommon, car companies do this all the time. Notice how theres already ads for 2010 cars? Yeah I bet they are already made.
It's a marketing ploy to make the car seem like it's BRAND new.

I've got that, actually i kept my stock spoiler and upgraded to a 2gb front bumper and rear bumper and labeled it as an RS, its soo awesome. when a Honda pulls up next to me.

I can assure you that this is not ture, as my Laser is not this "Gold Package" and My car has the factory laser spoiler on it.

While I know this is not one of the most popular colors, for those who have never seen this color close up, here is a shot of the 1/4 panel clay barred and machine buffed and the OEM red pearl finish can be seen. Hatch/door has yet to be done.

On a side note of rarity how many 2G's have you seen with the optional multi CD disc changer in the rear cargo area? While I have seen a few of each of the two different changers...I have not seen many.

also I would have to think the one of rarest interiors in a Talon would be the 98 Cloth seats with the trippy colors and patterns.

I don't have the seats or carpet, but I just swapped in most of a tan interior to my talon.

I guess I could maybe add to this too. I've got a 97 Talon without a sunroof and with the cool rear windows.

i have a '92 laser awd 5speed with eprom. It came with pwr windows, mirrors, power steering, cruise, a/c, rear wiper, cloth. It does not have a sun roof or a rear spoiler. It is black with grey lower trim and came with the ugly wire mesh wheels.

My buddy has a black '94 tsi awd, 5speed, eprom, and the rear bumper just says talon in real bold letters as apposed to it usually saying TSI.

Another buddy has a magnetic grey '98 tsi awd 5 speed with sunroof. Can't remember if it's cloth or not. I think it was cloth though.

I guess all three of us have kinda rare dsm's.
