Random injector misfire

Ok So driving home one day my car starting to run on only three cylinders and threw a mil light. I scanned it and it said injector coil resistance. I had a pair of low mile injectors from another 1g. I swapped out all the injectors. The first time I started it it was running on 3 cylinders again. But instead of being the number 2 cylinder it was the number 1. I checked the number one injector and it wasnt firing. So i pulled the rail and swapped in a good old one and she started up fine and idled fine. I drove it home and in the morning it started better than it ever has when it sits all night. it always started very well the rest of the day just a slight hesetation in the morning for about two seconds was all, but this morning she started better than ever. but after sitting for about 45 minutes after being driven it cranks longer and sputter for a second then all is well. then on lunch the number 1 started to misfire again. got to the shop and started pull plug wires untill I found the dead cylinder. Every time the it does this its the injector in that cylinder that stops firing. It has great spark and good plugs. So after work i swapped the number one for another good original and drove it home with no problems. i waited 45 minutes, went to the car and it starts with alot of cranking and sputters and clears up. i should add that every time an injector would stop firing if I let the car sit for over an hour and start it she runs fine until the next misfire. total driving since the problem has come and gone is about 75 miles. Thanks guys. I cleaned the injector plugs check for bad wiring...i just dont know what to look for next.

next time it acts up take a 194 (small peanut bulb) and stick the little wires on it into the inj plug and see if it flashes if it doesnt flash while cranking or running check you wiring if its oh then the ecu is crapping out if it is flashing and the inj isnt clicking then the inj is bad or going bad

ive checked the injector plug with a noid light when it acts up and its firing. I just changed out the injector right after this started happening again at six tonight. it hasnt done it yet but im afraid it will again. I think an injector may be leaking down when it sits and causing the hard start when it sits but is still warm. I dont think i have a bunch of bad injectors or do I? I didint know if there was something elkse wrong that could cause this?

So when you are trying to start it, it feels/sounds flooded? Do you smell excessive fuel?

I don't smell it. It starts every time. It just cranks 3 times longer and when it starts its sputters for a second. But it always starts. I was thinking one of my used injectors I put in was bleeding down fuel after sitting for a bit. what my bigger problem is why does it randomly start misfiring. Today when it did it it was cutting in and out with the mis when it first started. Like rough acceleration then a gap of clean and back to rough in a single gear. Then it just got rough. I got to work. Started pulling spark plug wires and the number one didn't change. I checked the injector while running with a stethoscope and it wasn't firing. every time it does this if I let it sit a couple hours and start it you wouldn't know
