Hello, how can i raise the boost level on a 95 talon tsi. It has a t25 stock turbo, what is the safe boost that i can run. Should i replace the fuel pump/injectors?

I already have a recirculated bov.
All i need is a boost controller/gauge??

Any help will be appreciated.

fuel pump and injectors are always a plus but if you do a walbro on a 2g you need an afpr or it crams too much fuel in and runs like crap. On a t25 you can turn the boost up but really you're just getting a bunch of hot air. You should really get a 14b, they are a pretty good turbo and are cheap. do you have a mbc? without one of those you can't really turn up the boost unless you just take the vacuum off the wastegate. That's a very bad idea.

for right now i wouldnt raise your boost much without supporting mods.

look up the bcs restrictor mod, you should be okay doing that
and will gain around 2 psi or so from it.

190 walbro fuel pump does not need an AFPR, a 255 does.
A t25 maxes around 15 psi. Anything PAST 16 lbs is pushing hot air.

Get a Boost gauge, an MBC, a walbro fuel pump, and a logger.

Otherwise, do the free mods. Search.

Thanks for the help, so can i increase the boost to 16psi by simply buying a manual boost controller?

any ideas how much hp would it have at the crank at 16psi of boost?

asking how much hp or what times/traps you will run based on your mods is called bench racing.
Try not to do it.

but 16 psi, without supporting mods, everything bone stock;
chances are you wont gain much.

you should go with a 14b, thats what i have on mine, im boosting 15 psi with a 255 fuel pump and 450cc injectors. i have a hallman boost controller that ran me like 90 dllrs witch is worth every peney. all you need is a boost gauge to recognize your boost
