Radiator

Hey, i have a problem with the radiator. I seemed to be leaking. Anyway i have a 97 GSX AUTO, and i was wondering whats the best radiator for An AUtomatic AWD. Thanks.

it might not be just your radiator... could also be just a leak from your hoses....next time be more specific about where the leak is and also you could just have it repaired at a radiator shop. as for a replacement you could just get an oem one either from mitsu or any parts store or even a used one from a junkyard. if you havent had any overheating issues then an oem is more than enough for your use. hope this helps.

I wouldnt go get a radiator from a junkyard. For such an important part, and because they make new ones for cheap its worth spending the 100 dollars. I know Ebay is a bit of a taboo for cars but I replaced mine with a Ebay brand one a year ago and it hasnt given me any trouble.

Me too, I have a ebay koyo oem core. Got it for $100. The only thing I didnt like is it has plastic end tanks, which ive seen fail the most on the cores. My friend has a ebay all metal core that cost around $140 but is way worth the extra cash.

Thanks guys for the help. I just found out that the coolant is boiling.......i know thats not supposed to happen, i just changed the upper radiator hose, and made sure the radiator cap was good. I have no idea why it boils, my fans also work. Im not sure if its the radiator anymore.

nope, how much does it cost to fix around.
