Are you having problems getting the fans out or putting them back in?

If they are going back in, apply some JB Weld around the little square nuts so that the epoxy will hold it to the mounts on the radiator.

If you're taking them out, use some needle nose pliers and hold the square nut still while you use a ratchet to take them out. Then do the above before putting the fans back in.

That's the only way I can think of.
