Radiator fan help

I feel like it's something new going wrong everyday. I have a 98 spyder gs and it hasn't ran for about a month due to blown tires and needing a new battery. I'm replacing both this weekend. But before I stopped driving the car, both my radiator fans out of nowhere stopped running. I've researched problems and nothing came up so it's down to you guys. What could be the problem?

Could be several things, Bad Fans, Bad Relay, Bad Temperature sensor etc etc,.
First, Check if the radiators are good, trigger the radiator relay to see if there is something wrong there.
Check that and report the results.

How do I do that? Sorry, I'm very new to this. It's all a learning process for me.

In the engine bay you will see the fuse box, There are radiator relays, You have to trigger one of them, It doesn't matter which relay, it just has to say radiator relay.
Add negative to trigger the relay and the fan has to turn on, if it doesn't change the relay and try again, if it still don't turn on, then your fan might be dead.

It might be that you have a bad thermostat.
