i just got the big 16g evo 3 turbo so i am only running stock boost. when i am getting on it.. and the rpm's reach like 4500 to 5000ish it feels like the car hits the rev limiter. doesnt feel like fuel cut.. just kinda stutters but the rpm still power through it. hard to explain. can u help???

I have a boost gauge and the boost level stays constent while this is happening.

You need to build a boost leak tester and pressurize the system. Check Vfaq for the procedure if you don't know how. Watching the boost gauge isn't going to tell you that you have a leak.

What brand/model or plugs? How old? What gap?
Wires? How old?

Pressurize the system, like was said.
