1G Quick help with my 1g fwd fuel pump install

The link for the 1g fwd fuel pump install on the vfaq is down. I searched for 1g fwd fuel pump and nothing relevant came up.


Ok, I've already got the hard fuel line apart and I have the 6 bolts holding the cover off. The cover is loose from the tank but the pump won't come out. I can pull it out about 1/4 inch but something is caught and it feels like it is bending. I don't want to break anything. I've already done quite a few 1g awd fuel pump installs so I konw how it works. Anyone have any idea what's going on? And I need help quick cuz it's supposed to start raining soon.

Under the tank ther's a bolt that attaches to the assembly. Make shure you also replace the o-ring for that bolt and drain the gas, if you haven't allready.

Damnit, that means I need something to drain the gas into. ####.

That was a pain in the ass. I'm not going to go into specifics, but let's just say I didn't catch all the gas.

I know the thread is old, but would anybody be able to tell me where can I find the o-ring for the bolt
