Where would be a good site/area to buy a 1995 Front Bumper for an RS ? OEM STOCK ORIGINAL

Another question.

About my seat belts. When I get off the car they don't pull back in to the dispenser. Also when I have the seat belt on, it tights and will not loosen when I drive. No I don't have the breaks on!
Talking about the Driver / Passenger Seatbelts. Back seatbelts are fine.
What could be wrong with them or is it time to replace them?

Why not upgrade the headlights too and go for the 2gb front tho?

Seatbelts, check the belt itself. I had a similar issue and it just turned out that my seatbelt had folded inside the receiver and that was the cause of it not retracting or stretching back out.
If that doesn't solve it, check the local wreckers or possibly head off to the dodge/mitsu stealer-ship and get new ones.

Front bumper cover, check ebay. You can also check the part out section in the For Sale forums.
I would upgrade to the 2g front though with new headlamps. A much better look in my opinion.

Any bumper from any 2g (Eclipse or Talon) will fit your RS with the exception of the 2gb (97-99) Eclipse bumper which requires 2gb headlights. I would suggest trying your local scrap yard before buying online. Even if it's not the same color, you can always paint it to match.

Later this weekend when I get a chance I shall open the cover and check the seat belts to see if it is folded! I hope it is or I am going to have to buy some new Seat belts! ):

Also I thought about it and What would I need to covert bumpers?
- 97-99 Headlights
- 97-99 Front Bumper
- What Else?

That's it... if you want to change to the 2gb front, you'll need a 2gb bumper cover and the 2gb style headlights.
