Question about painting brake calipers on 2g?

Do I wanna paint the part that holds onto the pads and the backs of the pads? Or do I just paint the caliper bracket thats connected to the brake line? Thanks

Not sure which parts your referring to.
In general you want to paint the caliper and not the pads of any of the shims and clips.
If your painting for show rather than to protect the calipers, just cleaning off the dirt and loose rust from the outside of the caliper is ok. Otherwise I strip and paint the inside and outside of the caliper and bracket.

definitely paint the calipers only dont paint the pads take them out then paint the calipers...ive got mine painted to match the car on stock wheels...and people have still complemented me on them...

the finish on them will be 10x better if you sand blast them first
