If i pulled out the ac condensor and taken belt off the compressor. Then I wired my aftermarket fans to the ac fan wires. So when I hit the ac button the fans come on. now will this in anyway hurt the performance of either the car, cooling, performance. Is there a better way to set up the fans. Just to let you know I cant use the radiator sensor cause it got mangled on the radiator swap so it has to be a constant or by switch. I just thought it was convinient to use the ac button since I have non.

Yes, you can do this I have heard of people doing this so the fans run all the time that they are running the car, just dont forget to turn them on. You will also get more air to the radiator when removing the ac condensor, also while you are there, I would pull the whole ac system from the engine bay, and off the back of the engine, it ways a bunch...I think 40lbs with all fluid, and removing some of those lines will clean up the engine bay.

i took all the AC components out of my car and i keep the fan on constantly just like you do. it works great and i havent had an issue with it. i'd recommend to anyone that's had overheating problems to do the same. im very cautious now after i overheated my last motor beyond repair.

Will it be enough to power 2 12" slimline fans? Im putting in a 180* thermostat, and running water wetter, and i think I am going to make an air dam. i never thought it would be this hard to keep my car cool. I got a DSM cruise on sat about 200 miles total, last time i took this route with the old radiator and one fan, my coolant turned into old faithful so im scared

Instead of leaving both fans on the whole time, hot wire both fans to the radiator fan harness (passinger side) and allow the radiator temperature sensor to turn both fans on and off as needed.

They dont have anyradiator fan sensors in stock cause mine is shattered and the cruise on saturday so I got to get this fixed so my car can handle the ride

That's ok, you can still turn on both fans via the AC button when hot wired to the radiator fan side while you wait for the sensor.

For a temp. fix this will work, but I would go with what Bruce said so you wont forget to turn them off, and wont burn the motors out.
EDIT: Beat me by a minute BruceLOL
