Question About 1g DSM's

Im not a newb to the dsm world i have own'd a 1g N/T and a 2g GST but im looking to buy a 1990 gsx and was wondering what differences there were between the 89-90 n 91-94 1g dsm cars. i know the vacuum system is alot less complicated an the design of the throttle cables is laid out differently but can anyone help explain the differences please..i have searched the site for about an hour with out finding anything out...thanks

Just go with a 91. They're cool beans. Just make sure that the lights work before you buy.

Only reason im going with the 90, is $$ i have avail, and the time i have to get a car which is about 2 weeks...plus finding a gsx anywhere near me has proven to be hard as hell

I dont think you'd pay much more for a 91 over a 90. But hey it's your money. Either way it'll be great

the cars ive found average about 600-1000 more round here

I've noticed the same thing. When I was shopping for my 1G I noticed I would pay almost a $1000 more on the west coast versus the east coast for the same car.
