Quarter panels different per 1G model?

Are the non turbo and fwd cars quarter panels the same as the gsx? I noticed my gsx has a little vent behind the doors before the wheel well. Do all models have this? The reason I am asking is I am looking for a quarter panel and I dont know if there is a difference. anyone know?

I know fwd turbo's have them, but I'm not positive on the n/t's.

cool, ill have to check for sure but I didnt think they used a different panel for the differnet models. Not cost effective if they did it that way. Cool. I think i am going to replace both my quarter panels. I have allot of body work time under my belt and my roommate and his brother are body techs as well and said they would help me. i had a hit and run on one side. low speed just panel damage and someone just backed into the other side the other day. i am getting 2 grand for the side that just happened and i think we are going to just spend the time doing it. less time than converting a fwd car to my gsx stuff and I like the car and it has history and I would like to keep it alive. plus i live at 6500 feet in durango colorado and there are no rollers around here for me to buy.

I work at a shop as well and have a clean place to do this with tons of tools and body tools as well. Drill,cut,remove, lay, weld and sand. Wish it was as easy as it sounds. Ha
