Q45 throtlebody users please come in

I installed a Q45 throtlebody in my car. I hooked up the tps sensor but i cannot get the car to idle propertly due to the fact that it has no iac motor. Is there a way to install the stock iac motor in there? How do you guys get the cars to idle propertly? I do realize that the nissans have the the iac motor installed in the intake manifold seperatly from the throtlebody.

You have to make a "universal" IAC motor if you want to reuse the OEM IAC.

Does the car idle poorly only when cold or all the time? I have to give my car gas (slight throttle tip-in) for the first 30 seconds or so and then it idles progressively better until fully warmed up. Once warm, it idles as good as stock.

Same here, even with my "universal" ISC.

The 1st minute when cold i have to hold the gas pedal but after that it's ok, but not great. It's not a steady idle. I'm trying to maintain it at 1200 rpm or so because i got cams. I guess it will never be steady.

Nevermind that. Got the tps to read some and set the range 0-100% and everything and no more cel for the tps. Car still runs shitty though. idles very rough and wont stay running most the time without my foot on the gas. W/b shows like 10.5-12 a/f which means way rich. The only things ive done to the car mostly is brand new fpr, brand new tial bov, brand new tial wg, jmf smim and the q45. All of which are less restrictive to air than before. Any ideas?

You'll need to do adjust the BIAS. It's a small 8mm lock nutted flat head screw on the linkage side of the TB. screwing it clockwise opens the TB butterfly lightly to allow some air to bypass. You'll need to readjust your TB offset to accommodate this.

Yeah ill play with that a bit. I believe it mostly just adjusting sliders and whatnot because it doesnt rev or run any better at higher rpms.
