ok so i searched and no luck...car is 93 5speed tsi awd

above is the looking down view of power window relay, without relay pluged in.
1 is the 12v power
2 is the heater
3 is power windows
4 ???
4 is grouning out causing my 30a fuse (next to relays) to blow. My question is were does this wire go? its black with gray, i dont know were to start looking at it goes right into harness and im not sure what else is on this circuit. when jumped it blows fuse, when relay is plugged in I have no heating and no power windows any help would be much appricated
