Pvc valve question

you think the pcv, would cause my car to throw out white smoke but only when i'm at 8-12 psi, at that time it also sounds like a big boost leak, but there is no power loss, and no water in my oil, or vise versa. and when i did a boost leak test there were no leaks, but after 10psi ALL the air came out of my pcv. also, i've been needing an oil catch can, so there's usually a little oil in my intake, but this time there was like 2 table spoons just sitting in my intake, oil was even coming out of the screw on the top of my stock oil cap, i tightened the screw a little yesterday, but still havent driven it yet.

ps. all this didnt start happening until the other night when it was nice and cold and there was a little water in the air, very nice night, and my car ran smooooth..."boost creep," maybe?. maybe my turbo seals are bad? please anyones opinion would be great! thank you

pss. how would i fix the pcv
