hey
i was wondering what modifactions need to be made to make a 97-99 front bumper fit a 95-96. my cars in the shop and waiting for a bumper theyve ordered 2 front bumpers so far and when they get there they are messed up and have scratches and dings so locally i found a 97-99 front and rear bumper for $100 so i was thinkin about going that route if its not to hard.
thanks
Gunner

You wont need any modifications at all. Just get 97-99 headlights and you are set.

It's up to you, but you can still use the 95-96 headlights, the bumper will just overlap the inside corners a couple of inches. They will fit though

do u have any picture of what it would look like or where exactly would it over lap sorry having a hard time picturing it

sure, here you go

I'm in the same boat. Have a "96 needing the whole bumper assembly, and having a hard time finding one close for it.

Yeah, didn't think so, but just wanted to show it's possible if on a budget. Otherwise you can get some cheap projectors off of ebay for around 120 shipped. Light output will suck compared to stock 97-99 though, so best bet is to start the search for 97-99 stockies. Try looking in the classifieds on the site, they usually pop up every week or so.

do those projectors on ebay really suck thats what i just go a pair of LOL

LOL yep those are the exact same ones
thats wierd the halo burns out there suposed to be LED's which never burn out unless to much voltage is applied maybe thats what goin on where can u get replacements

As stated above, some people get projectors that the light output is good. Personally, I've had them, as well as friends, and were not satisfied compared to stock headlights.
i.e. the light pattern off of the projectors is more of a directed beam, whereas the stock ones are spread out more. Either way, throw some silverstars in them and if you like them, then you are set.

I just meant done correctly for everything to fit right, you'll need the 97-99 style headlights. Sorry for not clarifying.
