Punishment racing header feedback. detailed pics

ok sp o gpt my punishment racing header today. the flanges seem strong. looks ok. coulda used a little help with the primaries. if they would do the same as dc sports does and get the primary tubes all the way up in the flange hangin out a hair then decking the thing theyd get better seal. ok so no biggy there im happy.

then we get to the collector. whom ever is welding these headers and designing them needs a lot of help with these collectors. there not smooth at all. no welds inside which can be overlooked but you can see there not very well thought out. there are flanges inside i have to grind down, i have to trim some of the tubing down inside. not to bad for just coming out but i looked at it and had to pst these pics. i got the header from someone who had it and it owuldnt work on his car so i got it cheap so no biggy.

this is just my feedback on this header. other then that looks liek itll flow nice once cleaned up and i cant wait to rock it on my buildup. once its cleaned up itll flow sick. heres pics of what i was talkin about.never read a book by its cover

That was the first header I shipped, really not much more than a prototype. The new header's I am working are nothing like this at all, different materials, new collector etc. Let me know what you think about the performance of the header though.

oh yea either way itll flow good. im gonan tweak it and port and smooth out a few things then ill be good to go.

everythign takes planning man, ive seen far worse then this sellign for double. it looks liek itll flow great, im just gonan tweak the colletor then itll all be good
