I then found a new crank, rods, and pistons so a little bit of clearancing of the block was needed.

That was all that was needed for clearancing and then the crank went in.

It is all together and pulls very very hard. DSMLink HP estimator said 508 hp so I am just itching to strap it to the dyno.

Let me know what you think!

The car is running and running strong. To the Midwest Cookout car show tomorrow! Pictures to come.

Thats a sick build man. I am planning on doin a AWD conversion once I can get my hands on a GST spyder. I lovin the black on black you have.

Thanks! Its real fun and fast and cant wait until I can get dyno numbers.

That is the most beautiful transmission I have ever laid my eyes on! I would love to keep that thing on my garage shelf! Anyhow, Awesome build and great looking car. There is someone locally selling 97 GST spyder. Its an auto though, Im thinking it would be waaaaay too much work for this swap. I might just wait till I can find a 5 spd. But who knows, Im addicted to buying cars!

Very beautiful, should throw some under carriage pics up so we can admire that. If your ever in Burnsville maybe i'll see ya rolling.. And yea that transmission, the way you took the pic, looked like you just found it by the trash..very nice.!
