Hey i just ordered a manual boost controller from QBoost, (off the vendor page) and i was wondering if it was reliable / efficient to have it running into my cab. I payed the extra 20$ or so for the 'in car' kit. Does having the controller sticking out of my dash or something sound bad to anyone? any forseeable problems? If there is something wrong with it i can just cut the vac hoses and put it where it should be, but it would be handy to have a cheap way to change boost from my seat.

or if i ran into one of my buddies on the road and wanted to screw around. would it take a few miles for the new boost to register? or more/less?
