i picked up a evo3 big 16g turbo and install kit for my 1995 gst only problem is nothing seems to being working right:mad: all the lines from the t25 arent converting over to the 16g and it seems like i am going to have to make my own lines any help with how this is all supposed to go over?:dsm:

The lines from your t25 won't work for a 16g. The lines that you need are from a 14b.
Oil feed you can buy a stainless steel for cheap (it might be included in the kit you bought)
The oil return your going to need from a 1g turbo (14b) its different than a t25 oil return (2g).
Like housegsx said...what kit did you buy?

If your talking about your water lines you need 1g water lines but you can use the t25 lines all you need to do is bend then and buy longer rubber hose to make it work

^ Exactly, and for the oil return line, if got one of those TC install kits toss the return line contraption and use the t25 oil return line. All you have to do is open the holes up on the flange that mates to the turbo. Use your new gasket as a template.

Yeah just make one of the holes bigger for the oil return and it works just fine,

also, i f you want to be saved the headache of putting the oil drain tube on, a common trick is to cut it at a place easily accessible and use rubber line and hose clamps to connect the cut ends. This way you can easily alighn the turbo and pan ends easily. of course some people have no trouble putting the tube on

I don't have any experience with that exact kit but from the picture they have on their site I can tell you that you that if you are running your piping to the stock sidemount location you will need another 90deg bend to make you stock piping line up with that j-pipe.

Also you will have to use the oil return line gasket as a template and file or drill the holes bigger in your existing return line to make it fit that turbo.
