problems starting on no evap motor

i have no emissions on my car and was wondering if anyone knew why it is so hard to start.. it is almost like the fuel doesnt stay in the rail. any help would be appreciated

Talk about vague.
I highly doubt it's your emissions. Many people here delete the EGR, cat, and remove the charcoal canister/fuel purge system. It's something else entirely. What it is, we don't know unless you provide more info.

Often cold start issues come from either the coolant temperature sensor or there is fuel bleeding out of the lines through a leaky injector or a faulty o-ring at the fuel pump.
