Probably the oddest question you've been asked recently

I'm gonna post this here, because this is the newbie forum and I am new around here.

I drive a 2004 Dodge SRT-4, nothing special really, it's basically set for a big turbo upgrade now, running 13.4 @ 107 on the stock turbo and street tires, which I am sure is nothing special around here, but I love my car anyways. And hey, it does have a Mitsubishi turbo attached to it .

I have a chance to pick up a great-condition '97 Spyder GST from a relative for a good deal, but I want to know, is there any way I can get a mountain bike rack on this car? I just really need to carry a couple of mountain bikes, but if I am going to use this car for daily driving and convert the SRT-4 to track duty (60 Trim anyone? ), I want that capability. Google searches turned up some roof racks, but obviously on a Spyder that's an issue. Some help would be appreciated if any of you 'tuners' has time to deal with the mundane for a moment. Thanks a lot, and I've got nothing but respect for DSMs after having my ass handed to me many times by unassuming-looking Talons and Eclipses at the track.

I had an '89 'Vette that I needed a bike rack for, and I found it at Academy. It was a simple design, very universal for many applications. It basically sits on your trunk with padded steel tubes and straps to the front edge of your trunk lid. There are other straps that go to under your bumper. Fully adjustable, strong enough for 2 mountain bikes, and it didn't damage anything on the car.
