I just purchased a T04B H3 from Bullseye performance and swapped out my intercooler pipe with the EVOIII. Unfortunately, I have no nipple on the compressor housing our on the IC pipe. I'm using an EVC to control boost prior to the swap. I dont want to tap the IC so what other options do I have? I was thinking off teeing off the P port since the pressure drop across the FMIC would be accounted for (more accuracy). I need to connect all 3 lines.
1. Pressure source on the P-port on the TB.
2. Connected to the WGA.
3. Supposed to be Nipple on turbo or IC line. WHERE?

Theres been tons of threads and I only found 1 thread that dealt with this exact problem, except he tapped the line, and no explaination as to why.

Not a Nub but have a lot to still learn,
Emmanuel

You can use either the P-port on the throttle body and/or one of the ports on your intake manifold. Just be sure that this reference is not Tee'd in with either the Fuel Pressure regulator or the Blow off valve.

Thanks Dave.....
I'm just concerned with the EVC and tapping from the same location twice. I dont want to get into a situation where the controller does something goofey.

I dont have any first hand experience with that exact boost controller but it should work fine hooked up like that. Have you driven the car yet?

Not yet I've just replace the thermostat and will hook the lines and go for a test drive. You did not reply to my email from yesterday. I hope you did not take that out of context. I send you another.
