1500 miles on the clutch and it has smooth hot spots already. I have launched it only a few times and want to know if It should be alright if I just replace the clutch disc now that the transmission is off. Please only comment if you or someone you know has had experience with this.

check the runout on the PP. it should be fine. i just reused an RPS PP with a spec disc on my MR2 and it drives silky smooth and holds power just fine. small hot spots are pretty normal.

I would check it for flatness/cracks very closely before reusing. But with 1500 miles, I couldn't imagine you did too much damage to it saying you only did a few launches.

dude this thread is soo dead he probably already has a solution

ROFL Damn, didn't look at original OP date:ohdamn:
I would seriously hope he figured it out!
Guess GSXeclipsePSI was thinking about doing this since he responded today? He must have searched the topic. So I guess we can help him maybe?
