Hey guys! Im in the middle of deciding how much drop I want on my 1g Talon and I would love to see some of your guys setups along with a description on how it ides and handles.

Here's my completely stock 1g talon suspension. Its a work in progress guys.

Edit: Forgot to mention this was after a huge weight reduction and full poly kit.

This is Eibach Sportlines, keep in mind the car has some weight reduction so a full weight car might sit a bit lower.

KYB-GR2's with MR lowering springs (2" front, 1.9" rear). Just a note, your front struts are good for about 1-2 years tops with this setup.

This is the setup i plan on goin with soon. But i cant decide if i want to go with KONI yellows upfront or AGXs. Probably GR2s in the rear.

This would be the exact stance that I am looking for....for my DSM. I wish I knew who's car this is! Does body know? I know that these are the Evo 8 Enkei's. The question is...... What is this guys suspension setup???

Just keep in mind that you can't go as low as some of the pics above on just a set of lowering springs or stock style struts and coilovers. You will need a true coilover setup.

Alignment you can make or buy rear upper control arms for camber. Toe is good to use the rear toe elim kit.

Isnt this because coilovers are adjustable with the lowest setting giving you more drop than the strut/spring combo? The set up you wanna run is only going to sit at one height until you change something.
