Is it possible, or has anyone ever had perfect compression, but had a head gasket leak?

I have 165 across all 4 cylinders. Which is standard for our motors. Lately though, i've been getting some white, possibly light blue smoke while under boost and if I rev it high at idle.

The other thing i'm thinking is the valve seals are worn.

What do you guys think?

BTW: All my parts are new on my motor, the only thing used is the jdm engine i swapped into it about 2-3 months ago. I figured someone might say the turbo is bad, but it is brand new too.

The turbo could be going out and putting coolant into the exhaust. If that's all it is, easy fix, just plug the coolant lines to the turbo. Otherwise, yeah, I'd guess valve seals. That's good compression numbers, though.

I fixed the problem.

I don't have coolant lines. I have a 50 trim and it is brand new w/ only a couple hundred miles on it.
