Possible Failing Throttle Position Sensor

I drove my car yesterday and it was falling hard in the upper rpm's so I figured it may be a boost leak. I removed the turbosmart bov and went back to the 1g bov and also did a boost leak test and there were no leaks. I took it out again and got the same results, it would fall hard in the upper rpm's and jerked to redline. The only other thing I figure it could be is the tps because I have an evo intake manifold with a 1g throttle body. I read up on how to check it but I was wondering if I could use evoscan to set it. I am currently using an eprom ecu but I have the complete evoscan/ecuflash set up, its just not installed on the car. At the time I would like to keep using the eprom ecu with the keydiver chip. Has anyone been able to log and set the tps with evoscan on a eprom ecu?

What plugs and wires are you running and what gap are you running on the plugs. Also how old are they?

NGK BPR7ES and Magnecore 8.5mm wires and the plugs don't have 200 miles on them but the car has been sitting at idle for long amounts of time. So they may be fouled.
