Alright so I have the stock t-25 turbo pushing 15psi and whenever I get on it and spool the turbo smoke pours out. But if I drive normal it runs clean. If i am at a stop and rev it up to 4000rpm's or so it will take a second and then blow out smoke for a few seconds then stops. I was just wondering if that was a blown turbo or what not. Please let me know.

None of your rocker cover breathers are crimped or blocked are they? hows your air cleaner? if not it does point to the turbo!

Are you still reaching a full 15 lbs of boost? Have you pulled off the LICP to check for oil? Have you done a compression test yet? If so, what were the results? Have you checked the turbo for shaft play?

:)
Check all of those, and post back.

I have not done a compression test yet but the rebuilt motor only has about 3000 miles on it while the turbo has about 100,000 hard miles on it. It still reaches 15psi but drops off about 6000rpms or so. I havent had time to check the intake or intercooler pipes for oil yet.
