porting and chamfering the water ports?

would porting and chamfering the water ports(located in pic below) increase flow or do anything at all?

Are you having overheating problems now?

Fluid dynamics follow many of the same fundimentals as aerodynamics, therefore there is the potential for improvement. However the places you point to in your photo amount to less then 1% entire cooling system flow path.
