I have cut a deal to get use the drag strip as well. This is a public event everyone is invited, and everyone is welcome to run. . .
Rules:
1. $20 per car and 12 for spectators
2. We are writing up insurance waivers for each driver to sign, this is to protect you and the track. After you have paid and signed your insurance waiver, we will then have a brief drivers meeting to make sure everyone understands the rules and course set up, after that you will then get a number on your car to show the gate person you have completed our legal stuff and are ready to run.
3. The Course is extremely big, is a great size to go all out, but use common sense when driving the course, we will be flagging green to go, yellow to slow down, red to stop and this will be enforced we ask that you use common sense, so if any driver is getting too wild we will pull you off the course, many different business's are helping with this event, and we want to continue to hold the relationship we have with US 131, so we will not allow anyone to sacrifice that.
4. When running the course we will only be allowing one or two cars at a time to run. We will Start with a Practice session allowing cars 1-3 laps, time depending before the actually timing begins.
5. Our main goal is safety, this event is being held at a establishment that serves beer, we will be monitoring this closely, please do not come and expect to drink excessively and then enter our event, remember you are signing insurance waivers that puts complete responsibility on you, this shouldn't be hard for anyone, these are simple rules to just make sure everyone stays safe. So let's just have fun and get sideways. *******MAKE SURE TO BRING A HELMET********
Tech Inspections to begin @ 10:00 please remove all items from cockpit of your vehicle and put them in the trunk or leave them at home, also check the basics before you come, BATTERY TIE DOWN. Leaking any fluids? All Lug nuts must be on your car. Common things to enter any track event.
