I got a little greedy porting the hole for the factory wastegate (to cure boost creep, I'm porting the inlet as well), and now the hole goes past the wastegate flapper about 1mm, around half the flapper. I'm not sure on the measurements of the stock wastegate flapper, so could anyone tell me if this could be solved by installing a 34mm flapper? Thanks.

The stock flapper is 28-29mm.......i would suggest getting the flapper anyways, it will take care of your creep. That way, if you upgrade to any MHI bigger turbo and you have creep issues, you can re-use your turbine housing with the bigger flapper to cure it.....

Alright cool. I didn't know if it was bigger than 34mm or not, as I could not find the measurements for the stock WG flapper.

I ordered the 34mm flapper from Slowboy (along with a Walbro 190), now I gotta wait for the parts to come in though. :(

I'll post my results. Thanks guys.

and since you ordered with slowboy waiting is what you will do...

I paid for the 3-day UPS shipping, and got my tracking info friday morning. They're supposed to be here wednesday next week.
