port and polish question

hey i was just curious to know what the average cost its gonna be if i get my inyake manifold header and o2 housing ported and polished thanks for the input!!!

means it will be tough going if you use your black and decker "wizard" to do the grinding.

$350 here. I also want to know why the intake manifold? You shouldn't port the intake unless the head is ported or upgraded TB. Why are you porting anyway? spool time? boost creep? I would think turbine housing is probably the most important piece which you're missing.

i ported the crap ot of the intake mani, to gasket match the head then the exh manifold. so it in theory had very even flow in each runner.

i think the post important parts to port are :
turbo
head,
exh mani (whichever you use)
2g o2 houseing but tubulars can be had for cheap
intake mani

anyway thats my rant.. just go at shit with the carbide bit and the die grinder.
