Are you talking about getting the software loaded into the palm? All I did was load the software from the pilot and pocketlogger into my computer and hotsynced it. Done. Once you get the stuff you'll see how simple it is.

they told me i need to register it and stuff, i dunno it sounded like they make it harder than it needs to be.
