Pocketlogger Cable

No matter what I do I can not get my 2g OBDII datalogger cable from pocketlogger.com to work with my laptop logging software( DIGIMOTO) I have heard rumors that you can only use pocketlogger software with they're cable, is there any truth to this???

No not that I have experianced. But sometimes the cables are junk, this could be one of those cases.

Digimoto only works with ELM or Multiplex based interfaces. Most of the freeware you'll find out there is similar. The software simply doesn't know how to interpret the signals the Pocketlogger cable is giving it.

If you shelled out the dough for the Pocketlogger cable, stay with the program they gave you with it. It might be a small inconvenience to use your PDA for datalogging, but the Pocketlogger interface is capable of much greater sampling rates.

Besides the cable problem do you like your OBDII datalogger, and was it worth the money. Not to steal the post but i found this one on ebay for pretty cheap does it look good?

u shuld just try this site. And for the people with treo 650 they will be making a cable to use with the treo in about a month.
