what does the little silver philips head screw on the back do.?

I turned the screw a bunch of times before I installed it, did I mess up the calibration? Will I get good readings?

SPI is a brand. I have one, but cant remember a little screw or anything. I didnt fiddle with it, just put it in.

Yes - you probably DID screw up the Calibration - Readjust the screw to where the needle is at dead nuts Zero.

It sits at zero with the car off and seems right. But i just want to make sure. I did the free boost solenoid restrictor removal mod and the gauge reads a peak PSI of about 13.5 psi when im on the gas hard in 2nd and 3rd. Is that about right???

Thought I would bring this back to life...If anyone else has this gauge...how in the hell do you get the bulb in and get it to stay. It came to me with the bulb out...
