For some reason there is a noise in my car that sounds like the blinkers are on or liek a clock or something...tick tock tick tock...it sounds like a relay somewhere. when i try to start my car the check engine light comes on then shuts off..i think thats normal...the battery light cvomes on to and so does another one but i have no clue what it is...it looks like a carousel. i dont think its the battery cause its brand new. Does anyone know what the tickin is and what should i do...plz help
