Plugs under steering column?

I cant seem to find where these wires are plugged in. I know one of the plug is for the clutch safety and other goes to the brake light switch. I have another harness coming out the brake light relay that I cant figure out where to plug.

I would assume a 2G, but what car are we dealing with?
